1) Fine Art Prints

How long will my print take to arrive?

Your Fine Art Prints will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery will take up to 6–14 days. All purchases are sent via tracked & insured shipping services.

Are these prints archival?

Our fine art prints are designed to last, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. You will not be disappointed — the print is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.

What are the dispatch policies?

For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.

For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.

What is the policy on returns?

Our work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However, if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.

What if my print gets damaged in transit?

If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.

How long will an original artwork take to dispatch?

Original artworks are carefully prepared for dispatch once purchased.

Unframed works shipped within the UK are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Framed works and international deliveries are arranged via specialist courier and may require additional time. We will be in touch to organise and confirm shipping arrangements, provide courier quotes where required, and advise on an estimated dispatch timeframe.

Where framing is made to order, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for professional framing prior to dispatch.

Do you offer collection?

Yes. Collection from our London studio is available by appointment for selected works.

We will contact you after purchase to arrange a suitable time and provide full details.

How is shipping calculated for original works?

Due to variations in size, weight and destination, some original artworks (particularly framed works) require specialist courier delivery.

Purchase only secures the artwork, and shipping will be calculated after checkout and confirmed with you prior to dispatch.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Can I request bespoke framing?

Where available, bespoke framing can be arranged upon request following purchase.
